Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We also offer international shipping.

Import Duties

In locations/countries where import duties are due, these are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid when requested. Any orders returned to Grampys Sweet Treats because import duties have not been paid, can't be refunded.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping rate and Delivery time is determined by the order size and your location.

  Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our website. In some locations, tracked shipping is not an option.
